• The Cashback Program with astralcafe.vn (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is designed to encourage users to refer Astral’s products/services to the community. Each participant will be provided with an account to use at checkout and receive cashback based on the revenue generated from their referral code.

• All users with an account on the astralcafe.vn website are eligible to participate in the Program.

• Partner: Individuals participating in the Program.

• Cashback: The amount a Partner receives when purchasing drinks or pastries from Astral. For each transaction, the system automatically records the transaction and calculates the corresponding cashback. This is how the platform recognizes and rewards your contribution in promoting products and boosting revenue.

• Gross/Accumulated Revenue: The total value recorded from successful transactions, calculated based on the listed price at the time of purchase, excluding any discounts or promotions applied to the customer

• Cashback will only start to accrue when the total gross revenue generated reaches at least 2,000,000 VND. A 10% personal income tax will be deducted each time the Partner withdraws funds.

• Cashback Rate: Calculated at 5,000 VND per drink based on the value of the order generated from the referral code.

• Example:

• • An order of 2 drinks and pastries with a listed price of 105,000 VND, the Partner will receive 15,000 VND.
  • For a total cashback of 2,000,000 VND, after deducting 10% tax upon withdrawal → Net received: 1,800,000 VND.

Payment Conditions

• • Cashback is summarized at the end of each month (after the user chooses to withdraw).
• • If, at that time, the Partner’s total amount reaches or exceeds 2,000,000 VND, the platform will process the payment on the 10th of the following month.
• • If the total amount does not meet the threshold, the remaining cashback will automatically roll over to the next period.
• • If by the end of the fiscal year the threshold has still not been met, the full remaining balance will be paid in the annual settlement.

• Cashback will be credited to the buyer within 24 hours of payment.

• Each Partner will be granted access to the cashback dashboard.

• Customers/Partners can choose “Withdraw” once the minimum amount is reached.

• Response time after withdrawal request: Astral will send a confirmation email immediately upon submission. Any questions or adjustment requests will be addressed accordingly.

• Cashback payment time: within 5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

• Tax documents: Astral will declare and send tax documents via email at the end of the year.

(Payment schedule: as the company closes accounts at the end of each month and pays on the 10th, if the customer requests withdrawal after the 10th, the payment will be processed on the 10th of the following month.)
